I am pleased to announce that I am now officially trained and certified in collaborative law. This is an additional method to resolving domestic cases that I may now offer to my clients. Choosing collaborative law will empower clients to actively participate in the settlement of their cases instead of litigation. Collaborative law includes attorneys, a financial neutral, and a coach who is a certified counselor that act as your team to guide you through the divorce or child custody process. Many people chose collaborative law as it keeps the best interests of the children in the forefront of each case. Collaborative law helps parties walk away from their disputes feeling empowered as they created the terms of their divorce instead of allowing a judge to decide.
